About the founding partners
Roy Korompis, CMRP is our co-founder and Principal Consultant responsible for the Physical asset
management practice. An Industrial Engineer by training, he is a Certified Maintenance & Reliability
Professional with more than 14 years of experience as consultant assisting many organisations in various
industries to improve their performance. Additionally, he is also one of the first Indonesian RCM II
practitioners, trained and certified by the late John Moubray. Prior to founding relogica, he was a Principal
Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Management Consulting Service (MCS) where he held the
same responsibility as well. He was part of the PwC’s global Physical Asset Management (PAM) team.
Following the acquisition of PwC-MCS by IBM resulting in the break up of the global PAM team, Roy still
maintains relationships with the key players in this global network to further develop and advance the
thinking in physical asset management.
Alec Hutcheon is our co-founder and principal consultant responsible for the operational excellence
practice management. He is a Mechanical Engineer by background with over 15 years of consulting
experience and 10 years of industry experience. He was previously a Director in PricewatehouseCoopers
Consulting responsible for the development of the mining, oil & gas and heavy industry practice. Alec has
been involved in numerous productivity improvement projects and has project managed large scale
corporate transformation projects. Alec is based in Jakarta and has spent more than 10 years working with
clients in Indonesia.
Harvey Pantow is our co-founder and principal consultant specializing in Reliability Centered Maintenance
projects delivery. He is an Electrical Engineer by background with over 7 years of consulting experience and
11 years of industry experience. Before joining the consulting industry, He started his career working for one
of Indonesia’s largest cement plants with responsibility starting as production engineer, Production Unit
Manager, Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Manager and lastly as the Maintenance Division
Manager. In 2000, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultant which then was acquired by IBM Business
Consulting Services. He is also a Certified RCM II Practitioner trained by John Moubray.
