Our packing facility has been operational since 2003,
and was widely refurbished in 2007.
We pack a wide range of frozen fruits and vegetables,
and frozen purees, as well as puree nuggets.

Nuggets are made from fruit and
vegetables that have been pesticide
residue tested, cleaned, sorted,
washed and frozen at Dragon’s
Garden.
Nuggets are made from slightly
tempered fruits that are pureed and
then frozen into moulds.

The uniform size and weight of
our puree nuggets is achieved
by freezing the puree into
moulds.
A variety of packaging is available for puree nuggets, from
bulk packs for industry to food-service and retail packs.
