Yourself Feel Better?
• Talk to someone you trust
• Take a moment to realize that you are going
through a stressful time
• Remember the past and think about how it
was different than it is right now
• Listen to your body and respect your own
needs (“Gut feelings”)
• Take time to do something that you enjoy
