1. Collect test items and other
necessary laboratory supplies .
2. Remove device from
package, place it on flat
surface and label device with
client identification number

3. Fill the 5µl loop provided with the kit with
whole blood, plasma or serum

5. Add 3 drops (150 µl) buffer
slowly, drop wise into the

 Arrange all items at your work station
Activity time: 10 minutes
