About the Annual Reports and
Benchmark Surveys
• Annual Report is to be completed every year by State
Council and Local Chapter leaders
• Benchmark Survey is a biennial (every two year) study
– Designed to provide state leaders with information so they
can measure their organization against their peers
– First undertaken in 2005
• Summaries of results are now posted in the State and
Chapter Online Resource Center
