“I was in Primary 4 in 1977. I remember my classmates
and I always ate together during recess and played
‘Catch’ and the hopscotch. At that time, we had to draw
our own hopscotch. We always had lots of fun.”
- Mdm Teo Lily, Mother of Lee Hui Ting

“I was in Ghim Moh
Primary from 1978 to
1979. The most
memorable moment was
when I was first in class
in 1979.
I remember my English
teacher most. She was
Mrs Cornel. She was a
dedicated teacher.”
- Mdm Rozana
Mother of Alfira (4A)
“There are many changes
in the school now. I
remember there was a
mini farm in the school
where we kept rabbits
and chickens. However,
these died because of
snakes around.”
- Mdm Shirley Quek
Mother of Dawn (4A)
“My favourite teacher was my
Chinese Language teacher,
Mrs Goh. She would always
encourage me to work hard
and advise me not to mix with
the wrong company. I really
miss her.”

“I’ll never forget the
beaming smiles on the
faces of the pupils after
they’ve received their
PSLE results and thanking
the teachers for what they
have done for them.”
“May Ghim Moh Primary be well-remembered by all
pupils and staff, past and present.”

“I’ll always remember how
the P5 pupils overcame their
fears and enjoyed the
success in dragon-boating,
kayaking, rock-climbing and
the high obstacle course. I
wish every pupil success in
the years to come.”
- Mr Chow Meng Yoon

“I remember the time
when the Minister for
Education, RADM Teo
Chee Hean, visited the
school. Preparations were
carried out and the
Minister spoke to my
pupils about their
aspirations.”
“I hope the name Ghim Moh will always bring a
sense of pride to our pupils and they will always
reflect positively on their school life here.”
-Mrs Wee Ho Kiat

“Li Yan, a former pupil
whom I taught in P1, 9
years ago, returned to the
school on Teachers’ Day
to update me about
himself and to send his
best wishes to me in
person.”
“Best wishes for the staff and pupils in their future
endeavours and hope that everyone will climb to greater
heights.”

“I have enjoyed my years in
Ghim Moh. I really miss the
fun times. Whenever I recall
the school, I always have this
warm feeling in my heart.
Now, my daughters are
studying in Ghim Moh too. I
hope that they will enjoy their
school lives as much as I did.”
