– All TP documents should be published
– Persons who make written submissions should be invited to
attend TP meeting where submission will be discussed
– TP chair, on behalf of TP, should provide formal response to
person making written submission
– IMO Board direction should be included on published rule
documents
– IMO assessment should be included in amendment rationale
