Evenings
• Grades will be traffic light coloured coded to show
whether pupils are making the expected progress
and are on track to meet their target
Curriculum
• Study extended over 3 years with examinations in the
majority of subjects in Year 11
– English – Year 10 examination for all, with extended
English options into Year 11 matched to learners needs
– Maths – Dual outcome in both Maths and Statistics at the
end of Year 11
– Vast majority of pupils will also study GCSE PE through
their normal PE lessons
• Allow the majority of students to study 8 subjects as
appropriate
• Focus on achieving at least 5 good GCSE’s including
English and Maths
