Exercise 1: Find Test Session/ Print Test Tickets
Click “Manage Sessions” from the Assessments menu tab.
Click on a Test Session from the Session list
Click on Print Test Tickets to View and Print Test Tickets (individual, multiple or
summary).
Open the Adobe print options by clicking File, then Print. Change the Page Scaling
dropdown to Multiple pages per sheet to see how a printout would look with 4 tickets
per page. Click Cancel to cancel the print.
Return to the Home screen.

Exercise 2: View Session Status and Invalidations
Click “Manage Sessions” from the Assessments menu tab.
Click on a Test Session from the Session list to highlight.
Click on the View Status button to view the status of this session
Refer to the Online Test Status column to see the current test status for the student(s).
Refer to the Validation Status column.
Change the status of an additional student to invalid.

Exercise 3: Mark Students Do No Score
Click “Manage Sessions” from the Assessments menu tab.
Navigate to the Session where student needs to be marked “Do Not Score”
Single click session to highlight . Click View Status
Locate student that needs to be marked “Do Not Score”
Single click student to highlight.
Click the Toggle DNS button to mark student “Do Not Score”
Click Close to close session.

Exercise 4: Schedule a Test Session
Click “Manage Sessions” from the Assessments menu tab.
Click the Schedule Session button.
Select a Test Group from the dropdown list.
Select a Grade from the Drop down list
Click to select a Test under Tests Section.
Choose to allow breaks if desired/ set access code.
Click on Test Details bar to assign name, dates and time to test.
Click on the Add Student bar to add students to the test.
Click on the Add Proctor bar to add a Test Examiner to the session.
Click Save to create the test and exit.

Exercise 5: View Program Status
Click “Program Status” from the Assessments menu tab.
Choose the School from the Group dropdown selection.
Select an Assessment

Exercise 6: Find and Edit a Student
Click “Manage Students” and then “Student List” from the Group menu tab.
Navigate to the School to display students
Click the Magnifying Glass option to open the search window.
Enter the first few letters of the student’s last name and click Search.
Choose the correct student from the displayed list by double clicking on student.
Edit profile details and/or accommodations. Note that certain fields cannot be
updated because this student was loaded in the Pre-ID file.
Click Save and exit out of the student profile.

Exercise 7: Add a Student
Click “Manage Students” and then “Student List” from the Group menu tab.
Navigate to the School to display students
Click the + (plus) symbol to open the Add Student window.
Add student to a class
Enter profile details and accommodations.
Click Save and exit out of the student profile.

Exercise 8: Edit Accommodations (Group )
Click “Manage Students” and then “Assign Accommodations” from the Group menu
tab.
Navigate to the School to display students
Use the demographic selection button to choose a student filter. Choose the
Demographic value “Yes” to filter by that group. Then, click “Apply”.
Use the Group section to select the students or select a few students using the check
boxes next to the student’s name.
Click Edit Accommodations button.
On the Select Accommodations screen, select Add under Color and Font. Next, select
Large Font Size.
Click the Submit button to update the accommodations for the selected students.

Exercise 9: Mark Students Moved Out of School
Click “Manage Students” and then “Out of School” from the Group menu tab.
Navigate to the School to display students
Click the checkbox to the left of the student name.
Click Toggle Out of School button to deactivate student.
To reactivate the student, click on checkbox to the left of student name and click the
Toggle Out of School button again.
To mark several students, click multiple checkboxes before clicking Toggle Out of
School button

Exercise 10: Create /Edit a Class
Click “Manage Hierarchy” from the Group menu tab.
Navigate to the School to display current classes.
Click the plus + icon to open the Add window.
Enter Class details and save.
Edit a Class - double click an existing class to open the Edit window. Edit details, save.

Exercise 11: Move Students (Bulk)
Click “Manage Students” and then “Move Students” from the Group menu tab.
Navigate to the School to display students
Click the checkbox to the left of the student name. To move multiple students, select
several checkboxes.
Click the Move Students button in the upper right corner of the screen to display the
Move Students window.
Navigate to the School and Class where students will move. Click the checkbox next to
the new class assignment. Click Save.
Students are now moved to the new class.
