– House Bill 428 – Stop Arm Violation Penalties
– Funding for 2 stop-arm cameras per county
Stop Arm Violation Penalties
– $500 penalty; misdemeanor
– $1250 injury; Class I Felony; 2 year revocation
– $2500 fatality; Class H Felony; 3 year revocation
– Revoke License (1 yr) for 2nd misdemeanor
violation w/i 3 years
– Permanently revoke license for 2 felonies;
– Permanently revoke license for 3 misdemeanors
