PHOTO ALBUM
20 – 22 September 2013
This photo album contains photos
taken on our weekend in support of
all our veterans and remembering
that we are
KEEPING OUR
NATION’S PROMISE
UNTIL THEY ALL
COME HOME
We will never forget
Youngest members of the
“Freedom Ride”, Simon
Peter, Rose-Mary with
Fudge the rabbit, and
Daphne Kathryn Blake
enjoyed the weekend.
Their Older sister, Daisy
Helen was not on the
“Freedom Ride” but joined
the event later. The
youngest sister Violet
Theresa was born a few
days after the weekend
event.
Slide one: Biddeford Fire Department honored the group as it passed.
Slide two: Main Street Saco had many displaying their American Flags
Slide three: Old Orchard Beach Town Hall in sight. No one outside, they were
part of the “Freedom Ride”. Thank you Old Orchard Beach.
Top Sky Eagle blessed the
landing area for a safe landing
of the Huey and crew.
While he was doing the
blessing, an Eagle made an
appearance.
This was something you had to
see to believe for many.
The Huey landed shortly after
the blessing.
At the end of the “Freedom Ride”, many went to see the IASAR Huey.
Thank you Charlie Walker and crew from “Indiana Air Search A Rescue”
bringing us some of our history back to Maine for us to see from Indiana.
This Huey served in the Maine National Guard as well as Vietnam.
