Directors
• Peter Bourhill (BSc Hons) Aus IMM.; has been active in exploration
and mining since 1969, currently resident in Harare , Zimbabwe. He
is one of the directors and consulting geologist in Diorite Consulting.
He has exploration experience in Zimbabwe , Namibia , Botswana ,
Mozambique , DRC and Ghana .
• His exploration experience is from the field geologist level to MD
and has involved exploration for gold, coal, base metals, iron ore
and lithium. Most of this work was in Archaean terrain with 5 years in
the Karroo.
• With qualifications to the Zimbabwe Mine Managers Certificate he
has been active in mining in hard rock and coal environments with
narrow vein, large lode type orebodies and opencast experience.
• Peter is a Competent Person as defined by regulatory authorities

Ben Louw began training with Union Carbide where he achieved a Higher
National Diploma in Mining through the Zimbabwe School of Mines (19891990) and has now been involved in the mining industry within Zimbabwe
for 23 years.
Worked in Shurugwi as a miner before being transferred as a Shift boss
(Mechanization) to Mutorashanga and then was promoted to Mine Captain.
Ben later joined Boart Longyear where he worked as a Project Manager and

Ben currently holds the position of Group Production Director for the largest

Districts Association. He is also member of the Construction Industry and
also a member of the national business association: CZI and ABUZ.

• Martin Rowe gained an honours degree in Industrial Geology at the
Camborne School of Mines in 1995. Since this time Martin has been
involved in exploration for base metals, precious metals and
diamonds in Africa and South East Asia.
• In 1999 Martin helped to establish Rockover Resources which
initially focused on the exploration of a buried greenstone belt in the
Matabeleland area of Zimbabwe, which resulted in the discovery of
the 1 million oz Au Dokwe Pan deposit.
• Martin specializes in data management and creates customized
systems to streamline management and administration and
successfully implemented a software system that provided the
backbone of the exploration process and played a vital role in the
discovery of a VMS system in Mozambique.
• Martin is now developing a holistic information management system
for a group of gold mines in Zimbabwe.

Wayne Waterworth is a highly experienced professional chartered
engineer with more than 20 years experience in senior management,
project and contract management, managing electrical / mechanical
departments and civil engineering roles, the majority as Senior Partner and
managing his own company.
He has a proven track record in a variety of Industrial and commercial and
Turn Key projects in the mining, large and small scale construction and
infrastructure sectors. More recently he was responsible for the successful
design, procurement, fabrication, erection, installation, testing and
commissioning of the Blanket Mine Shaft 4 expansion project.
He was appointed the Managing Director of Falcon Gold in 2008 and
managed a total of five gold mines with a staff compliment in excess of 600.
He has worked in Europe and in various African countries including South
Africa, Kenya, Botswana and Tanzania.
He is well versed in local international standards, regulations and codes of
practice and has sat on various technical committees, including being
currently Chairman of the Chamber of Mines, Power and Electricity
Development Committee.
