You asked me to provide feedback, anything that could help your team grow to provide even better service for future projects. #1 Team was extremely flexible and helpful to respond to work hour changes. It is not easy to work 12 hours away from the core of the project but you did everything to make me feel that you are available 24 hours a day. Additionally, there were hardware availability issues and rather than waiting for schedule changes at the client side, your team opted to change their schedule and work on weekends. #2 Picked up the technology very fast. Report Assistant is not as widely used as other IB tools. #3 Having you as a main contact who worked as un umbrella over the team worked great. I did have easy a quick communication to/from individuals to/from your side, but when decision had to be made about issues touching the whole “team”, you stepped in and made quick decision. #4 I feel that asking questions about techniques is not as easy as it should be on your side. There are channels within IB, FocalPoint, Tech Support site, other senior consultants, where answers are arm length away. I didn’t see any entries from your team on Tech Support Site or Focal Point asking for help. I hope the few item above gives you a few pointers to achieve another successful project.
