Lookout for Changes
Ensure that when new hazards arise and when employees change job duties they: Retake self-assessment in UCLC Enroll in additional required EH&S classes Update Hazard Identification Checklist Receive work unit specific training

SOS Representative identified and has taken SOS Representative training
SR receives $5 EH&S Safety Dollars
SOS Representative has completed the Hazard Identification Checklist and corrected the hazards under the work unit’s control
SR receives $10 EH&S Safety Dollars
Work unit members have taken Safety Training Self-Assessment and completed EH&S required training
All work unit members receive $5 Starbucks gift cards
All work unit members have reviewed work unit specific activities
