Automated Manifest Filing (AMS Filing)
Orient Star had obtained the Type II and III International Carrier Bond in February 2003.
We have started filing manifests for port shipments since the Custom’s implementation of
the 24-Hour Advance Manifest Rule.

Service Team. Their duties are to follow up with sales
leads, sales call and make customer visits.
Indoor Sales Program
Orient Star has introduced an Indoor Sales Program this
year. This is a two way sales approach for increasing
customer base. We get shippers’ contact from routing
orders. From them, we get freehand cargoes and try to
obtain consignee information for other nomination
business. Feedback of this program has been very positive.
