Over the River and Through the Woods
Over the river and through the wood,
To grandfather's house we go;
The horse knows the way
To carry the sleigh,
Through the white and drifted snow, oh!
Over the river and through the wood,
Oh, how the wind does blow!
It stings the toes,
And bites the nose,
As over the ground we go.
Over the river and through the wood,
To have a first-rate play;
Oh, hear the bell ring,
"Ting-a-ling-ling!"
Hurrah for Thanksgiving Day-ay!
Over the river and through the wood,
Trot fast my dapple gray!
Spring over the ground,
Like a hunting hound!
For this is Thanksgiving Day.
With Arms Wide Open
Well I just heard the news today
It seems my life is going to change
I closed my eyes, begin to pray
Then tears of joy stream down my face
With arms wide open
Under the sunlight
Welcome to this place
I'll show you everything
With arms wide open
With arms wide open
Well I don't know if I'm ready
To be the man I have to be
I'll take a breath, I'll take her by my side
We stand in awe, we've created life
With arms wide open
Under the sunlight
Welcome to this place
I'll show you everything
With arms wide open
Now everything has changed
I'll show you love
I'll show you everything
With arms wide open
With arms wide open
I'll show you everything ...oh yeah
With arms wide open..wide open
Over and Over Again
Cause it’s all in my head
I think about it over and over again
And I cant keep picturing you with him
And it hurts so bad
Cause it’s all in my head
I think about it over and over again
I replay it over and over again
And I can’t take it, I can’t shake it no
I can’t wait to see you
Wanna see if you still got that look in your eye
That one you had for me before we said our goodbyes
And it’s a shame that we gotta spend our time being mad about the same
things (over and over again) about the same things (over and over again)
Oohhh but I think she’s leaving
Oohhh man she’s leaving
I don’t know what else to do
Tim: Can’t go on not loving you
I remember the day you left
I remember the last breath you took right in front
of me
When you said that you would leave
I was too damn stubborn to try to stop you or say
anything
But I see clearly now
And this choice I made keeps playing in my head
(over and over again) play in my head (over and
over again)
The Big Moment
Above the ground high on the ladder,
I hear the people below me chatter.
Onto the narrow but large flat board
I see a long, twisted microphone cord.
Around me the wind blows the air
Through my long, thick, twisted hair.
Toward the water I do three flips
Into the water I splash and I dip.
