How to register for in-service
sessions.
Go to the MCPS home page
Click Register here
for Nov 6th…
First time you login to ERO
Do not log
in yet
This time only
Click on Don’t
have a PIN
Enter your user ID
(TRTs have your ID numbers)
1. Enter your login
number here
2. Choose a 4 – 9 digit pin number that
you will remember and enter it here &
here..
3. Click Submit
Once logged in to ERO
click on the My Profile tab
Next click
Modify
Profile
You will modify only 2 items
(scroll down first)
1. Change Primary
Location (area in red)
2. Enter school email
(in red area)
3. Click update
Click Exit
Now your ERO account is set up
and you are ready to sign up for inservice.
• Now proceed to Part II
Log in to ERO
Using your same login but your
new PIN number
Terms and Conditions
• A "Terms and Conditions" window will
come up ONLY on this 2nd login to the
system. Click agree to proceed.
Click on Course Catalog tab
Click Search
Scroll down to see all courses
offered
Click on a course name to see
course details
Read the description
then scroll down
Click Register to sign up
This
course
is
offered
at two
different
times
Sign up for desired sessions and
click the tab for My Current
Schedule
Check your schedule and print it if you
want. An email reminder will be sent 3
days before the session.
Signed up for 2
different courses
From here you can drop
a course if you have
changed your mind.
After course has been completed
you must complete an evaluation
before credit is recorded.
Click My
Evaluations
Benefits of using ERO
• Your email will eventually become your
login but your PIN # will remain the same.
• ERO will keep track of all your in-service
credit and can print certificates of
completion.
• College credits can also be recorded and
stored with ERO.
• Recertification will be easier with ERO.
