Monday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with four eggs.
2 breakfast: a roll
Dinner: tomato soup with pasta, rissole, potatoes .
Supper: dumplings with meat , pancakes with cheese.
Recipe
 Tomato soup
 8 servings :
- 25 dag meat with bone (chicken or veal)
- 3 l cold water
- 2 carrots, parsley,
- a piece of celery , small leek)
- tin (220 g) tomato paste 30-proc.
- teaspoon liquid spice
- teaspoon fine chopped dill
- glass dense sour cream
- sugar
- salt
- pepper
 Execution :
Wash meat, add it to pot, pour cold water and boil. After boiling reduce the heat, cover a pot.
Boil about 30 minutes. Then add to soup peleed and rinsed vegetables, vegetables puree,
dill, salt and pinch pepper. Boil until meat and vegetables are soft (about 30 minutes). Mix in
the tomato paste. Simmer soup for another 3-5 minutes. Add sour cream and teaspoon of
sugar. Serve with rice or pasta, sprinkled with dill or parsley.
Tuesday
Breakfast: White bread with cheese slices + butter.
2 Breakfast: Yoghurt + apple
Dinner: Cauliflower soup with potatoes + french fries+
chicken cutlet + beets.
Tea: grapes.
Supper: 3 slices of white bread with yellow cheese.
Recipe for Cauliflower soup
• 1 medium cauliflower
• 1 kg potatoes
• 4 carrots
• 2 parsley
• 1 celery and leek
• cubes of broth
• salt, pepper and other spices
• sour cream
1. Boil water, throw cubes of broth into pot, then add previously peeled
and diced potato, carrot, parsley, celery and leek. 2. When the water
starts to boil add caulifower florets. 3. Simmer until vegetables are
tender. At the end of cooking season the soup to taste and whiten
with sour cream.
Wednesday
Breakfast: Bread in the egg+ ketchup.
2 breakfast: loaf of bread with cheese.
Dinner: Bigos.
Tea: Tangerines+ carrot juice.
Supper: 3 slices of black bread+ ham+ tomato.












2 kg cabbage
0,5 kg fresh bacon
0,5 kg pork
0,5 kg sausage
20 dkg sausage juniper
30 dkg mushrooms or dried mushrooms
4 art prunes
allspice, bay leaves, pepper, salt
2 onions
1 jar of tomato paste
Put cabbage into pot and pour in the water, add allspice, bay leaves. Meat
fry on the fat, cut into cubes, add to cabbage. Sausage cut into cubes fry
together with the onion on the fat, add to cabbage. Add mushrooms chopped
or dried, previously soaked and cooked in water. Simmer the bigos, at the
end of cooking add tomato paste, mix well, season to taste salt and pepper.
Thursday
Breakfast: Cornflakes with milk.
Dinner: Hungarian cake + salad.
Tea: chocolate pudding.
Supper: Bread+ ham+ tomato+ cheese.
Recipe for Hungarian cake










• 4 big potatoes (about 1/2 kg)
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 egg
• 2-3 tablespoons flour
• salt, pepper, oil for frying
• 1/2 kg beef
• 1 big onion
• 1/2 colorful peppers (red, green)
• fat for frying, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon tomato puree
 1. Peeled potatoes, onion and garlic clove grate well. Add flour, egg, salt,
pepper, mix thoroughly. Fry quite thick pancakes. 2. Pass the sauce with the
meat pie, folded in half and pour more sauce .
•Breakfast: soft boiled egg, wholemeal bread,
tomato, cucumber and milk.
Lunch 1:
Vegetable soup.
2:
Potatoes, baked fish, salad with sauerkraut and
strawberry compote.
Supper:
Sandwiches with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Recipe for 2nd Dish
 INGREDIENTS: Vegetable soup:

 Recipe:

1. Wash the mushrooms, cut into slices, fry in butter, sprinkle with

2. Boil 500 ml water, add rice, simmer for 10 minutes,
3. Soup mix in 1 cup of water and add rice, cook 10 minutes.
4. Before the end of cooking add the mushrooms.

 INGREDIENTS for 6 servings: - 30 grams of rice, - 6 tomatoes - 20

grams of ham, - 10 grams of beans - 1 onion - 2 peppers
- 30 ml of white wine
- 3.5 cups of vegetable stock,
-40 grams of cheese
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1 / 6 and butter,
Preparation:
 1. Peel onion, and then chop it. Clean peppers and chop them in
cubes. Fry vegetables, add rice and mix.
 2. Add little wine to rice and mix. Ham and tomatoes chopped in
cubes, add on the pan and cook.
 3. Now wip the cheese. Mix the risotto. Season with salt and pepper.
 Serving contains: 565 calories
Sunday
 Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with onion and tomato.
 Dinner: Broth
 Potatoes, chicken cutlet, cabbage salad and fruit
compote
 Supper: Fish paste

 Ingredients:

 Method of preparation : To the boiling water add the
cleaned chicken , beef or turkey meat, after boiling meat
add spices:
salt, pepper, vegetable puree and unwashed vegetables:
carrots, celery, garlic, onion, and chopped greens: parsley
celery, leek, dill, and cook simmer until the meat is soft,
season to taste.
