Grants of £300 - £10,000
Up to £10,000 in any 12 month
period
12 months to spend grant
No deadlines
Apply 4-5 months before you
want your project to start
Who can apply?
You can apply if you are a:
• voluntary and community organisation
• school
• parish or town council
• health body
Voluntary organisations need:
Governing document
Management committee of at least 3
three unrelated people
UK based bank account
What can Awards for All pay
for?
New activity and projects (not
running costs)
You can only apply for existing
activities if your organisation is
small (income less than £30,000)
Project that meet one of our four
outcomes
What the money could be spent

Equipment hire
or purchase
transport costs
Training and
sessional workers
volunteer
expenses
venue hire
building and
refurbishment work
(costing less than
£25,000)
Research /
feasibility studies
updating equipment and premises

Improving your chances
We score applications to help decide
who should be funded. Applications
will score higher if they:
show strong evidence of need
involve as wide a range of people as possible
meet more than one of our four outcomes
• are from groups that have never had an Awards
for All grant
• are from groups with a smaller annual income
• are for smaller projects
