Free bus for students that connects the University with RENFE train station
in Gandia

Línea 1 (LA MARINA) Gandia-Grao de Gandia (Universidad)
It stops in front of the railway station in Gandia and in front of the cafeteria
of the Campus.
The service is offered only during the academic days. Not in weekends or
public holidays.

You should apply through the UPV intranet  Información para la comunidad
universitaria  Escuela Politécnica Superior de Gandia  Aplicaciones para
alumnos EPSG  Tarjeta transporte estudiante, until the 17th of February and
it can be picked up on Information Area. Only for students under 26 years old.
Meanwhile to use Line 1 is enough to show the temporary student card.

WARN, push alarm button or phone the Information Center(48888 / 676245673)
KEEP CALM, don’t shout.
CLOSE THE DOOR of the place that is on fire.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS given by the emergency team.
IN CASE OF EVACUATION
1. KEEP CALM, don’t shout.
2. If the situation allows to it, DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT and heating.
3. JOIN THE FOREIGNER PEOPLE who is with you.
4. DON’T GO BACK for picking up your personal stuff or looking for other people.
5. WALK QUICK but don’t run. DON’T PUSH on the stairs.
6. GO TO THE MEETING POINT (parking, except contraindication).
7. In this zone, CHECK IF SOMEONE IS MISSING.
REMEMBER
It is desirable to know the location of the elements of your building related to emergency
(evacuation plans, fire extinguishers, alarms .....)
EVACUATION RULES FOR STUDENTS
 Remember who are your desk colleagues
 Leave all your personal stuff in the classroom
 Go out of the classroom following the instructions of
the responsible person, without running and in the
established order.
 When you get up, put the chair down the table in
order to make your colleage’s exit easy
 Go out quietly in order to listen to indications
 Walk next to the walls
 Don’t stop in the exit door
 Go to the parking zone (Meeting Point)
