The Nation of Israel has been in
captivity for 68 years.
• Jeremiah 25:11-12 And this whole land
shall be a desolation, and an
astonishment; and these nations
shall serve the king of Babylon
seventy years. And it shall come to
pass, when seventy years are
accomplished, that I will punish the
king of Babylon, and that nation,
saith the LORD, for their iniquity,
and the land of the Chaldeans, and
will make it perpetual desolations.

The Nation of Israel has been in
captivity for 68 years.
Jeremiah said that the captivity would
only last 70.

weeks of years.
- 70 x 7, or a period of 490 years.
- 69 of those weeks of years (483 years)
passed by in sequence.
-The fulfillment of 1 remaining week of

get put on hold) and that parenthesis
is the church age.

- At the Rapture, the church is
removed, the “times of the
Gentiles” ends, and brings in the
“times of Jacob’s trouble” (the
Tribulation Period) and
completes the 70th week.
