What Is HPHConnect?
HPHConnect is a web-based administrative transaction service that
makes the administration of health benefits faster, simpler, and more

perform any HPHConnect administrative transaction on your behalf.

All online services for employers can be accessed at Harvard
Pilgrim’s web site, www.harvardpilgrim.org.
When you request an HPHConnect account for your
company, you will receive a username and password.
These will allow you to access a host of online services.
