DIGIFLOW Digitalization work process management software for realizing capacious digitalization projects DIGIFLOW overview DIGIFLOW is a web based software for managing digitalization process. Software contains following modules: Module for inserting metadata Module for internal control Module for customer quality control Export module with digital archive Entire solution is administrable through ADMIN web interfase: • Ensuring access rights to different modules; • Reporting through different user groups, through different activities, etc.; • Managing metadata forms; • Ability to sue ranking functionality in quality control module. Module for inserting metadata FUNCTIONALITY: • Inserting metadata from scanned photo file, according to defined metadata form; • Scanned photo file collection functionality – the person inserting metadata chooses and locks scanned photo file, then inserting the metadata. Second metadata operator cannot choose the locked file; • Transferring inserted metadata with photo file into (internal) quality control module. Module for internal control FUNCTIONALITY: • Inserted metadata and controlling the quality of the photo. 100% of all data will be controlled (photo + metadata) or so called ranking principle will be applied to every operator; • Scanned photo files and inserted metadata collection functionality - quality control operator chooses and locks the work he or she wishes to control; • After passing internal quality control stage, the work will be sent to external (client) control (module); • Work with poor quality will be returned to the scanner or metadata inserter who executed the assignment. Module for customer quality control FUNCTIONALITY : • Random photo and metadata quality control; • The percentage of photos and metadata that goes through control is adjustable; • Scanned photo files and metadata collection functionality – quality control operator chooses and locks the work he or she wants to control; • After quality control, hash generation and digital hash signing will occur from the XML files what are together with photo files, these will be exported to the digital archive. Export module with digital archive • Export of photo files and XML files to digital archive; FUNCTIONALITY OF DIGITAL ARCHIVE: • Searching from archive tree; • Different searching opportunities – file name, metadata; • Changing metadata and digital signing; • Administrating user rights – users, accessibility, user groups; • Administrating logs; • Reporting, according to the clients wishes.
