Make sure that the printer is turned on.

From any page in ESO, minimize ESO.

Click on the little triangle. This opens a window.

Then click on the Bluetooth icon.

The Bluetooth Settings box will open.

Double click the printer icon and it should connect.

Now click on the ESO icon at the bottom.

Choose Pt. Care Report or Pt. Refusal. Click print.

This print box will open. Hit Print.

If two green lights are on, (meaning the data has
been sent to the printer) then push the black button
to advance the paper.
