Care for me, Lord
Care for me, Lord
As though you were a shepherd,
And I, a sheep of your flock.
Lead me to the comfort
Of quiet and peace.
Lead me to walk through the world
In your footsteps.
Even when there is sadness and shadow
I shall not be afraid
Or lose hope.
You are with me in good times and in bad
Care for me always, Lord
As though you were a shepherd,
And I, a sheep of your flock.
Amen.
We are the Body of Christ
Hands reaching
Minds thinking
Hearts caring
Eyes watching
Tongues speaking
Feet running
Always
Everywhere
With all that we are:
We are the Body of Christ!
We are the Body of Christ!
St. Patrick’s Prayer
I arise today
Through the strength of Heaven;
Light of sun
Radiance of moon
Splendour of fire
Speed of lightning
Swiftness of wind
Depth of sea
Stability of earth
Firmness of rock.
I surround myself today with the power of God:
God’s strength to comfort me
God’s might to uphold me
God’s good sense to guide me
God’s eye to look before me
God’s word to speak for me
God’s hand to lead me
God’s way to lie before me
God’s angels to save me.
