1. Admin Tools
Giving access to users
Legacy Permission Framework:
Admin Tools > Dashboard/ List View / Spotlight View / Report Permission
Find User > Enable the Inform Reports option for the appropriate user.
Role Based Permission Framework:
Admin Tools > Manage Permission Roles > Choose the role that the user is in > click the Permission button
(under Permission Settings)
Find User/Role > Enable the Inform Reports option for the appropriate user/role.
This enables the “Analytics”
sub tab
Users need to log in , navigate to Analytics > Analytics to gain access to the Online Report Designer.

2. User Maintenance in
Analytics
Maintaining users in Analytics
Analytics > Analytics > Admin
**Only Users set up with the DesignerORDAdmin role will have permission to the Admin menu

Changing a users Role
User Maintenance > Refresh List to search all users
Select a user > Edit User > Select a different role > Save
Two Roles Available:
DesignerORDAdmin – is able to create, edit, delete any reports in the Online Report
Designer. Is also able to edit users.
DesignerORD – is able to create, edit, delete reports created by the user only. Any users
with this role cannot edit users.
** Please note: by default, when a new user accesses Analytics for the first time, their default analytics role will be DesignerORD.
