At the preadministration session and at each exam, the lead proctor will read standard step-by-step instructions for: 1) how to complete the answer sheet, 2) when to open exam materials, 3) when to start or finish each section or part, and 4) important information about AP scores and policies.

(pages 1 and 4) : - Complete only ONE TIME – you will complete all purple sections today (at the preadministration session). If you will be taking more than one exam, leave this section blank after the first exam.

(pages 1 and 2) : - Complete all blue sections at EVERY exam. You will complete some blue sections today and finish the rest at your first exam.

center of the Student Pack

AP Number Card
• Take an AP number label (sticker) and place it on the AP number card attached to the back cover of your Student Pack. • Write your name on the card. • Remove the card from the booklet, and keep it in a safe place.
Don’t lose your AP Number!
• Your AP scores will be online this year —you will not get scores in the mail.
• You will need your AP Number to view your scores and order AP score reporting services online.

Important!
11 AP score reports contain
all
of your AP scores from each testing year, so it is important to provide the same information from year to year.
• Provide your full legal name. • If you took AP Exams in 2012, use the SAME name in 2013 on every answer sheet. If you use a different name, your scores from 2012 and 2013 may not be on the same report automatically.
• Example: 2012 – Last Name = Lee; First Name = Shumei 2013 – use exactly the same first and last name
