• By agreement, the ISV’s are obligated to:
– Not interfere with Sage’s Partner relationships or the reseller
channel
– Not encourage customers to change Partners
– Not offer/provide customer benefits for selecting one Partner
over another
– Cooperate with Sage to resolve Channel Partner issues.
