The Nupress Group (Est. 1971) is a 100% Australian owned group of companies with a 100% owned Canadian subsidiary. The Nupress Group is a manufacturer of precision machined components and assemblies. We have 16 state of the art CNC machines. Our capabilities include: • Milling – up to 1300mm x 1200mm x 1200mm envelope; • Turning – all sizes up to 600mm diameter and 3 metres long (including diamond point turning); • Multitasking – simultaneous 4 axis milling and turning; • 5 axis simultaneous machining 1900mm x 630mm; • Robotic automation and lights out production; • Deep hole drilling; • Gun drilling; • Passivation; • Renishaw probing and co-ordinate measuring capabilities; • Contour measuring capabilities.

CAPABILITY

Machining, Metrology, Assembly, Fabrication & Passivation. We also perform ancillary functions including engineering, project management, design & drafting, QA & metrology, specialty packaging and worldwide logistics & distribution.

• Boeing & BAE (Manufacture of flight parts for F/A-18A/B); • Partnership with Viracon, the largest glass manufacturer in North America, where they sell our patented Insulated Glass Unit; • Partnerships with a number of large North American glazing companies, including Harmon, Ferguson Neudorf Glass and Inkan, to produce architectural glass façade walls on high profile projects including US Coastguard Head Office, Chicago Children’s Hospital and Union Station Toronto, amongst others; • OEM manufacturer in Australia for Toshiba International Corp for power generation products; • Mining customers in the world including Sandvik, Caterpillar, Dwyidag and we have a supply contract in place with Sykes Pumps.
