many different rewards.
What is Supply Rewards®?
Supply Rewards® lets you earn points every time you purchase
qualifying products from Covidien, and other animal health
manufacturers. As you collect points you can redeem rewards
from an online catalog with thousands of goods.
Who is eligible to redeem Supply Rewards® and how can you
join?
This program is available to all veterinary clinics and their staff.
The program is currently limited to the US and US territories. You
can join Supply Rewards® by visiting www.supplyrewards.com and
completing the short enrollment process.
What Covidien products are eligible for Supply Rewards®?
― Monoject™ Veterinary 3mL needle and syringe combos
― Monoject™ 1mL Tuberculin needle and syringe combos
― Monoject™ 12mL Curved Tip Syringes
― Surgi-Drape™
― Covidien hospital grade absorbable & nonabsorbable sutures
How does Supply Rewards® Peel & Earn and Click-to-Claim work?
Supply Rewards® lets you earn points every time you purchase
qualifying products from Covidien Animal Health. For Peel & Earn, look
for the unique yellow sticker on Covidien’s Monoject™ Veterinary 3mL
needle and syringe combination boxes. Peel off the label and enter the
code online to have your points deposited in your account.
In addition to Peel & Earn Covidien participates in Click-to-Claim. Just by purchasing
select Covidien Products and being a Supply Rewards member, you can earn points. Look
for an email from Supply Rewards notifying you that you have points ready to be claimed.
Next, you simply log into Supply Rewards, claim your points and then you’re ready to
redeem rewards.
Also, as a member, you will receive an ExtraPoints eNewsletter every Thursday detailing
current promotions and opportunities to receive extra Supply Rewards® points from
Covidien and other participating members.
