„ Safe across“
Common action „ Safe across“ of DB AG, German Automobile
Association (ADAC) and DVR of 2002 - 2004
comprehensive press campaign in 8 cities: Berlin, Warendorf,
Mainz, Kiel, Halle, Braunschweig, Nürnberg and Frankfurt/M
Production of 1 million Flyers, enlightenment movie concerning
correct behavior at level crossings for schools, driving schools,
police, border control and others
New learning and testing documents for driving schools in
cooperation with DB

Pilot project „lane separation“ at half barriers. The project is now
running for one year without accidents in Güstrow. A second
pilot is planned.
