FPA status
Current design is close to fulfill all requirements – First eigenfrequency • 255 Hz (> 300 Hz)
Margin still available to increase the frequency.
– Mass (including 4xCCDs - 180g each) •
If CCDs mass ~ 225 g,
– CCD Temperature 1.49 Kg (< 1.6 Kg)
~1.69 Kg
< 73 ºC (<-70 ºC) –
Only NORMAL FPAs considered up to now.
Interfaces – CCD-FPA Interface has already been agreed – FPA-TOU I/F still open •
Current interface would impose a weird design. Trade off in progress.
