VP of Membership
The Vice President of Membership serves as the main liaison
between the Roundtable Service Center and the Roundtable in
regards to membership and member engagement campaigns.
This Officer position drives revenue for the Roundtable by
growing membership and member engagement in CSCMP.
Furthermore this position manages the placement of volunteers
within the Roundtable committees and is relied on as a source of
ideas, methods, and local promotions that will increase
participation in roundtable events.

Lapsed Membership Engagement
• Why Engage Lapsed Members?
– Might just need a nudge to get them re-engaged
– Already familiar with CSCMP
– No auto-renewal process – they may not realize
membership is lapsed.
– Potential event attendees
– Potential volunteer
– A chance to engage a peer and make a local
connection
Year-End Membership Drive
• Member Services will provide each Roundtable with a
marketing message 11/3/2014
• Marketing message to be customized to roundtable
specifics
– Inviting lapsed members to November event
– special offer to renew membership (10% discount) and
a chance to win an IPad Air
• VP Membership runs list of lapsed members and sends
customized marketing message to lapsed members.
• VP Membership sends list to Member Services and we will
follow-up e-mail with phone calls.
Year-End Membership Drive
• Repeat for December
• Results from November will be shared in
December’s Membership WebEx
• Results for December will be shared in January’s
Membership WebEx
• Roundtable with the most renew/join using the
coupon code – the VP Membership will receive an
IPad Air.
• Budget achieved – Roundtables earn a 10%
revenue share for each IPad14 coupon code used.
