What is IDEA and what does it do ?
Allows for reporting on the basis of standard
reports and export of data to excel for
manipulation to prepare custom reports,
Allows to move to an entire “paperless
office” for the NCU,
Is first and all designed to support internal
operations of the NCU and allow access to
the information by anyone on the network
