• “Tier 1”: Carrier scorecard
– Best effort: travelers make test calls (international, domestic,
local, MO, MT, etc)
– Results are compiled for each operator
• “Tier 2”: Real-time test calls
– Dedicated person travels to visited market
– Formal test plan is followed
– Results are sent to operators in real time
• “Tier 3”: Logging, analysis, troubleshooting
– Same as Tier 2, plus logging and troubleshooting
