Make sure you tailor the folder as specifically as you can to the Prospective Business Builder.
The best way to do that is to learn what you can about the person and include two Eye on Arbonne’s
that the individual could specifically relate to. ie. Someone with young children would relate well to
Becky’s Eye on Arbonne. If you have a prospective male builder include an Eye on Arbonne from a
male’s prospective. It is always a great idea to include Camilla’s Eye on Arbonne as you are all part of
her Nation.

I suggest you fill all ten folders when you receive your shipment. It is surprising how quickly
you might need one at your fingertips, so keep them handy in your car, briefcase etc. Keep some
extra Eye on Arbonne’s readily available incase you need to make some switches.

I would also suggest you print out the slides from The Discover Arbonne Presentation and
place them each in clear sleeves (you can even get these from the dollar store) and then create your
own Discover Arbonne duotang that you can use for One on One business meetings. We are here to
help you so please take advantage of that resource. We would be thrilled to attend any business
opportunity meetings you might have. It will take you awhile to get comfortable with the language
so review the handouts. Remember to follow up the next day and make arrangements before you
leave the person about when you will call/meet again.

Invite the Prospective Builder to the next D.A. if it is within a week of you giving them the
folder, any longer and you should be setting up an individual business D.A. presentation. Remember
you can Skype them in to any presentation.
Keep the momentum going. Follow-up is crucial, and the key to success! Always remember you can
never say the wrong thing to the right person. Have confidence in yourself, the product and the

• Be confident and if you can’t do it have your

• Explain that it is $95.00 to become a consultant

builder and online training. But they don’t have
any product with that
• I encourage all of my business builders to

able to share product and this generally puts them
into DM qual. It is up to each individual
consultant.

• Build yourself 1st Personal growth is
the key to success.
• You will only build a business as big as
you are a person
• You are selling yourself 1st and the
product 2nd. People care what you
say after they know that you care.

• For things to change, you need to change
• The definition of insanity is doing the same
thing over and over and expecting a different
result
• Don’t wish it was easier, wish you were better
• Don’t wish for less problems, wish for more
skills
• Don’t wish for less challenge, wish for more
wisdom (you can’t grow without challenge…
you can’t get rich without challenge…develop
wisdom to overcome the challenge)
• Remember the law of averages. If you do
something often enough a ratio will appear.
Talk to 10 get one…you talk to ten more and you
can get another one. You have control because
you can always talk to more people. The law of
averages can increase because you will get
better. Talk to ten and get two…talk to ten and
get three. In baseball you Bat and get out 7
outs of ten times you make 10 million dollars.
You don’t have to bat 1000. You can always ask
those on your chicken list to listen and be one of
your 7. You don’t really care if they join and
you certainly don’t care if they buy but you
would like them to know what you are doing
because in a year from now when you are
driving your Mercedes you don’t want them to
think that you didn’t share with them.
• You must learn to discipline your
disappointment. Here is the best comment
when things are disappointing: “isn’t that
interesting” don’t spend time on the
disappointment. Where your thoughts go your
attraction follows. You will get more of what
you focus on.
• If you share a good idea long enough, it will fall
on good people. The key is to know that some
of these good people will do 30% and some of
these good people will do 60% and some of
these good people will do 100% You can’t
change people. You need to love your people
where they are. At the same time you can
inspire them to change themselves. You can`t
change people but they can change themselves.
• Basic skills:
• Make a sale (getting customers and setting that
foundation)…offer a great unique product,
educate, personal testimonials and great
customer service
• Sponsor…..offer the incredible opportunity,
learn how to give an invitation and learn how to
give 2 kinds of presentations formal and
informal and most importantly follow up and
train, foster and protect. Your job is like a
bridge for that person taking them from
darkness to light from not knowing to knowing,
from no confidence in themselves to starting to
gain confidence you help people from the
shadows to the sunlight out from
discouragement into recognition.
• If you want to know how to achieve greatness:
find a way to serve the many. When you help
others get what they want…you will get what
you want.
• Lots of people want to serve a lot of people but
they don’t have the way. You have the way. It is
all up to you how many people you want to
affect. Some of you will directly affect the lives
of dozens of people and some of you will
directly and indirectly affect the lives of 100s of
people and some of you if you wish will directly
and indirectly affect the lives of 1000s of people
and the pay is accordingly. If you affect a few
you will earn that pay and if you affect the
many, you will earn that pay.
• As Rita says: “money isn’t everything but it
ranks right up there with oxygen”
• If you help enough people get what they
want…you can have everything you want.
• Organize: get your people to work together
(shared testimonials…what I say may not
connect with someone but what Helena,
Mike or Sonya say will connect with others).
• We all need to belong to something bigger
than ourselves. We need to support each
other.
• Learn how to affect other people with word.
Don`t be lazy with language. Learn it, know
it rehearse it.
• Train people how the business works.
• Teach people to set goals.
• Inspire people: if I can do it…you can do it.
Get them to look up and look for more.
Getting people to see themselves better than
they are.
• You need to get people to see themselves as
they are: if people are making mistakes they
need to be corrected….but if they have messed
up….don`t leave them in the mess….don`t clean
it up but be sure they have the tools to help
themselves.
• Learn to work with people who deserve it, not
the people who need it. Your time is precious.
You need to have them moving toward you in
order to move toward them. The key is to teach
people how to deserve your time. I step you
step, you take 3 steps…I take 5 steps but you
need to want this for you.
• You can help 1000s but you can`t carry 3 on
your back.
• The greatest value in life is not a bank account
or a Mercedes rather it is living a good life.
• You must figure out how to be productive: do
something with your life.
• Have good friends
• Look after the inner circle: you look after them
and they will look after you. There is nothing
more important than the inner circle.
• Don`t miss anything. When you live a rich life it
shows up in the texture of your voice,
• If you live well you will earn well, if you live well
it will show up in your face, if you live well it will
show up in the magnetism of your personality.
• We have a chance as human beings to
participate in the miracles of life and you
have the chance to do that as often as you
wish. You can sponsor, you can inspire and
you can teach others to become more than
what they think they are.
