Eligibility
• In operation in the construction industry for at
least 3 years and clear OSHA inspection
history
• General contractors to specialty trade
contractor
• Projects may be very brief to multi-year
contracts.
• May employ mobile workforces, with
employees moving frequently from site to
site.
• May or may not have authority and
responsibility for safety and health over the
entire worksite.
