After registration, establishments
are required to submit the
following requirements
Tax Identification Number and any of the
following:
- DTI Registration
- SEC Registration
- DOLE Registration as per
Department Order No. 2-18 for Contractors
- Other documents issued by duly
authorized agencies
* Establishments are given 10 days to submit the required
papers, to the nearest DOLE office, otherwise the system
will automatically delete the unverified registration
