Who Are We?
Traffic Freeflow (Pty) Ltd, in collaboration with the relevant Metro / Traffic Department have at
their disposal a proven solution to SA’s increasing traffic congestion .
Traffic Freeflow is an independent company who conceptualised privatised pointsmen (Project
Freeflow) and runs the project as collaborative effort between the TMPD, the City of Tshwane
and the Sponsors as a public-private partnership.

Operations and Insurance
Traffic Freeflow micromanages the project to ensure the highest level of service to:
• The City / Metro Police / Traffic Department
• The Public and
• The Sponsor; at all times
The Staff
• Each and every Pointsman is checked by a Project Manager at least once during each and every shift
• Are supplied with high visibility uniforms
• And cellphones in the event of assistance being needed during their shift

The success of the project has been proven in the Johannesburg region over the last 6 years.
The Traffic Freeflow project has grown from 21 Pointsmen 6 years ago, to 186 employees currently.
We have implemented systems and infra-structures that can be implemented on a national basis.
