Demonstrating Commitment to the Community
An EF member since 1998, LGC established a Corporate
Community Involvement Program to enhance the lives of
others through corporate contributions, employee giving
and volunteerism.

Process to Choose Partners
1. Employee Surveys
• What “cause” has the most interest?
2. Evaluate the top 3-5 named
• Things we consider
• Is it in line with our business or necessary for our
business?
• Did we recently participate in a similar cause?
• What is necessary to be involved?
• Do we know of a partner? Is the partner referred?
3. Typically our practice is to partner with organizations that
are “well-known” or referred by EF.
