Adlabs proposes to demerge the FM Radio business
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 25, 2008 has approved a scheme of
arrangement envisaging the demerger of the radio business into Reliance Unicom Limited
This scheme is subject to requisite permissions and approvals
Pursuant to the scheme, 1 equity share of Reliance Unicom Limited shall be issued in respect
of every one equity share held by the shareholders in Adlabs Films Limited
The entire process is expected to take 4 to 6 months
