Achievements of Component 1 • Analysis of the legislative framework • Revision of business processes • Development of methodological tools • Elaboration of a working manual •Designing guidelines for handling with suspicious banknotes and coins and for using application system for registration of counterfeits • Analysis and revision of HNB internal documents Component 2 •Administrative capacity development of the system for fight against counterfeiting of banknotes and coins (NCC, NAC, CNAC, PNO). Achievements of Component 2 • Conducting a comparative organizational analysis • Training needs analysis and elaboration of a National Training Plan • Workshop in regard to the system of fight against counterfeiting •Workshop on methods for raising public awareness and external communication • Conducting study visits to Germany and the Czech Republic Component 3 • Alignment of the Application System for Registration of Counterfeits (ASEK) with Counterfeit Monitoring System (CMS).
