PROGRAM Outline
Entrepreneurs must be updated, guided and motivated along their
long journey towards their goal. Come to our 2-days entrepreneur
workshop, where you will be updated with case studies from Taiwan,
China, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and many more.
This will be guided by our business academic professors from
Taiwan, Europe and Malaysia with methodologies that will help any
entrepreneur spirit to appreciate issues like change management,
intercultural integration and productivity. It will be delivered in an open
dialogue and post graduate learning format. And, finally be motivated
with ideas from our real hands-on mentors.
The first day will be presentation, case study discussion and open
discussion session by invited panels in the region. On the second day
will be break-out group individual workshop session conducted by
business academic professors from Europe, Taiwan and Malaysia.

Dato’ Dr. Ang began his career with Tan Chong Motor Group in 1970 as a Sales Representative.
He was appointed as the Executive Director of Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd, the authorized
distributor of Nissan vehicles in Malaysia for more than 50 years, in 2002. He brings with him forty
years of experience in the automotive industry which includes sales & marketing, operations
management, strategy development and people development. In addition to his core
responsibilities, Dato’ Dr. Ang sits on the Board of various subsidiaries of Tan Chong Motor
Group.

During the course of his career, Dato’ Dr. Ang attained various achievements for example in 1989,
he was the sole candidate selected by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. to represent Asean region to take
part in Customer Care Program in Hawaii, USA, he was awarded “Companion of Honour” by The
Swiss Management Forum in 2006, and in 2009 he was awarded the prestigious “Automotive Man
of the Year” by New Straits Times/Maybank Car of the Year Awards.

Dato’ Dr. Ang is currently the Vice President (Policy & Regulation) of Malaysian Automotive
Association (MAA), President of the Alumni of the University of Portsmouth, UK, Member of
Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM, Malaysia), and Member of A.B.E (MABE, UK).

Paul Leow (Dr.) is a business mentor and customer centric marketer by profession. He is the cofounder AARM Asia Pacific (2005) and also the Executive Vice President AARM Canada (1996);
CRM & Education Consultant Tan Chong Motor Group Malaysia; CRM/CEM Global Advisor
Greater China CRM Association and Chairman GlobalMakers Korea.

He has over 24 years of intensive hands-on exposure with known brands like Samsung, AMD,
Intel, Ford, Nissan, Kookmin Bank, Volkswagen, etc in the conceptualization, integration and
management of Database, Direct Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication, Loyalty
Marketing, Internet Marketing, Customer Relationship Marketing/Management, Consumer
Research and one-to-one Marketing initiatives for many MNCs and Fortune 500 companies on the
FSI, Healthcare, Services, FMCG and Automobile verticals in Asia and North America.

Dr. Mike Bagshaw (Ph.D University of Wales)
BPS Chartered Psychologist and Senior Lecturer, Examiner and Moderator at Paris Graduate
School of Management, London. He is a Business Psychologist and University Lecturer with over
20 years of consultancy experience in the United Kingdom and abroad. He has worked with a wide
range of organizations in both the private and public sector, helping them to overcome the more
difficult people management, development and leadership issues. Experienced in the design of
competency frameworks, competency based training, entrepreneurship and one-to-one leadership
coaching. He is an experienced conference speaker in the United Kingdom and abroad.

教授前來傾囊相授變動管理 、跨文化結合與經營結合與經營績效的精髓 ,並分享與分
析如大陸台商的實證個案等 。
潘偉華商研博士 ,畢業於英國伯明罕大學 。在雲科大學所交人的課程主要有:管理經
濟與會計 、哈佛國際企業個案研討 、哈佛創業個案研討 、新興市場概論 。潘教授之
學術專長為 :國際企業管理 / 新興市場分析 / 管理經濟。
潘偉華博士的學術期刊論文刊登在國內外的不下百張 。也在 2008 年榮獲中華商管科
技學會年會學術論文發表會 ,兩岸共同市場最佳論文獎與策略管理類最佳論文獎。
潘博士在研討會論文上也發表了多場杰出的見解以 [知識經濟下先進優勢的構成來源] 、[內部資源 、外部關
係外] 對海外進入模式與經營績效之影響 – 台商赴中國大陸投資之實證研究至台商中小企業投資為例等 。也
在 2002 年連續在香港中文大學出版了 [公有企業改革與民營 ,國際間推行民營化經驗的回顧] 、[公有企業
改革與民營 ,國營事業私有化之後的管制:英國經驗的回顧與檢討] 的佳著 。同一年也在台灣經濟部貿易調
查委員會出版的貿易救濟論壇 ,發表了 [中國大陸與台灣之製造業貿易競爭優勢的變化 – 以 90年代的貿易
統計分析] 。更在 2006年發表了 [環境認知 、文化特徵 、策略導向與績效的關聯性研究 – 以電子業 / 傳統製
造業台商之大陸投資為例] 。

and his area of specialization is International Business.
