More institutions providing scholarships for education abroad.

60% of institutions provide scholarship or financial aid for international students 28% require undergraduate students to take courses on global trends/issues Decreasing percentage of institutions with an undergraduate foreign language requirement (37%) 27% of institutions have collaborative programs with oversea partners (joint degree, dual-degree, certificate programs) In 2011, 43 institutions opened international branch campuses
