We currently have positions available at our Berkeley Mills facility in Hendersonville, NC location for: OPERATOR I – Entry Level Qualifications:

Basic:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency • Must be eighteen years or older • Three years work exp.

•Basic mechanical aptitude • Read and write basic English • Basic math skills • Basic computer knowledge •Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shift including nights, holidays, weekends and overtime • Legal right to work in the United States

Preferred:

• One year manufacturing/industrial exp.

• Post secondary education (two or four degree) • North Carolina Career Readiness Certificate • Attended Manufacturing Certification Program

Other:
