Set Up the Incident Control Mat
Step 1
Lay out the Incident Control Mat on a table.
Use masking tape to keep the Mat flat.
Place the deck of large cards and the tent card with information
from the EOC SimCellTM Director onto the mat.
Some arriving resources may not match a yellow Request card
because they may be misdirected or extras. Place unmatched
Resource Cards in a convenient location near the mat and
notify the EOC.
