View records and count fields (especially 856
fields)
Identify syntax errors (using “Validate”
function)
Customize URLs
o Delete invalid URLs/restricted URLs
o Delete URLS not linked to full text
o Add proxy strings
o Edit subfield z information
Add local information if necessary
Edit match point for record loading as “alpha
numeric vendor control number in MARC
001” (this step is no longer necessary)
