You will start with:

1. A Default Ship fitted with:
x1 Cargo bay,
2. Fulcrum Drive C1
3. Shield battery X1
Initial Hours
1. Get familiar with the ship handling issues
INERTIA mode etc;
2. SAVE often!
3. Get familiar with station docking at high
speeds;
4. Get familiar with collecting bookmarks;
5. SAVE often!
6. Get familiar with Mining –
• Approach carefully, get within 150m to
be able to collect PLATINUM only!
• Diamonds are less $$ per cycle, but a
good $$ alternative;
7. Get familiar with the hangar, shipyard!
EVOCHRON Mercenary - $ Guide
Once you have sufficient $$ to upgrade your
ship, do so (You will need about $500,000),
so you can have x5 Cargo bays.
Continue to make $$ mining, selling in
Rucker (About 45-60,000 per cargo bay (x25
units).
Once you have least $4M in your wallet:
1. SAVE
2. Then make you way to Pearl Quadrant
WARNING – PEARL is HOSTILE
1. SAVE
2. Get to Oasis Station (South West sector on
NAV MAP) – Dock as soon as you can.
3. Buy a license
Initially Find you way to:
RUCKER quadrant
This will give you access to:
Safe mining in Rucker, Pearl Quadrant.
Example: $218.297.802;

Rating 497;
Competent;
Trainee;
0 Kills.
Ship:
Using a Hunter (361 velocity, bit slow but
Afterburner gets you to 1500 quick
enough) with following fit:
1. C5 Fulcrum Drive;
2. Shield Battery X5;
3. Platinum Mining Beam (Bought in Oasis
Stn within Pearl Quadrant for $2.2M);
4. x5 cargo bays (Storing the platinum);
5. x8 Secondary Weapons slots (Where you
temporarily store the Fulcrums);
6. x5 equipment slots (Where you store the
Terrain Walker).
Oasis Station:
You must Buy a license at this station, as soon as
you can!
Docking fees are $64,000 otherwise, for $1.79M
licence you get a huge buying discount, about
25%.
The money makers:
1. Platinum (Mine, Try to sell at $100,000+)
Mine in Rucker Quadrant, sell in Oasis Stn in
Pearl Quadrant;
2. Fulcrum Torpedoes (Buy at $1.55M or less, Try
to sell at $2.10M+), Buy in Oasis Stn within Pearl
Quadrant, sell in Rucker.
3. Terrain Walkers (Buy at $4.9M or as low you
can, Try to sell at $8m+) Buy in Oasis Stn within
Pearl Quadrant, sell in Rucker.
Selling:
You will have to alternate selling at stns in
Rucker, to get over $8M selling price.
Leaving a sector and returning to dock, can
get an improved sell price!
Monster Cash making:
It takes about 5 minutes (In ideal state) to undock in Rucker, warp to Pearl Jump-gate,
Enter, warp to Oasis Stn, dock, buy, SAVE, undock, warp to Rucker jump-gate enter, SAVE,
warp, dock, sell, SAVE.
Key: SAVE often, especially after entering Pearl
Quadrant.
Key: Make Bookmarks as close to Jump-gates,
Stations as you dare!
