Journey of Glory Russia (8Days7Nights) International Convention Incentive Trip Tiens Africa Region 2014/04– 2014/06 Campaign Period 26th March 2014 till 25th June 2014 (Bonus month 2014/04 till Bonus month 2014/06) Trip location Moscow Saint Petersburg RUSSIA Qualifications Option 1 Option 2 Option 1 This option is applied to existing distributors who are 4 Star or below (based on the rank in the bonus month of 2014/03) and distributors who are newly joined during the promotional period. Requirements: During the promotional period, the Distributor must promote to at least 5 Star and his/ her NEW GPV must accumulated no less than 7000 PV. At the same time, the Distributor must maintain personal sales of 50 PV or above monthly OR he/she maintains a total personal sale of 180 PV or above during this promotional period. Example Distributors who are 4 Star or below.Or New distributors 5 Star or above Upgrade A A Personal Group New Increased group sales >=7000pv April PPV=>50 May PPV=>50 June PPV=>50 OR Total PPV during the promotional period=>180 Example In option1, the required new group PV only can belong to the nearest active qualified distributor and can calculate once only, repeated calculation is not allowed. Requirements: During the promotional period, the Distributor will be eligible to qualify for the Russia incentive trip if he/she coaches or assists TWO(2) distributors who belong to his/her two direct networks respectively qualify for Option 1 both. At the same time, before the end of the promotional period, the Qualifier must upgrade to at least 5 Star, while the Qualifier EITHER At 6 Star or below should maintain at least 300 PV personal sales per month; 7 Star applicants should maintain at least 400 PV personal sales per month; 8 Star or above applicants should maintain at least 500 PV personal sales per month. All rankings should be based on April, May and June’s official bonus database. OR At 6 Star or below should maintain at least 1000 PV total personal sales; 7 Star applicants should maintain at least 1300 PV total personal sales; 8 Star or above applicants should maintain at least 1600 PV total personal sales. This incentive promotion is open to all new and existing distributors in South Africa, Mozambique, Congo Brazzaville, Angola, Benin (including Côte d’Ivoire), Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Namibia and Sudan Branch. 2. The calculation area unit are as follows: Unit A: South African Branch (Johannesburg, Durban and Zimbabwe), Namibia Branch, Mozambique Branch, Congo Brazzaville Branch and Angola Branch Unit B: Benin Branch (including Côte d’Ivoire) Unit C: Ghana Branch Unit D: Kenya Branch Unit E: Ethiopia Branch Unit F: Uganda Branch Unit G: Sudan Branch The applicant (coach) and trainee distributor should belong to the same area unit. If the trainee distributor either register or purchase outside of the area unit where the applicant (coach) belongs, the sales amount will not be calculated and considered for this incentive trip. Terms & Conditions 3. In option1, the required new group PV only can belong to the nearest active qualified distributor and be calculated once only, repeated calculation is not allowed. In option2, the qualified distributor in option 1 can only benefit to the nearest active coach, repeated calculation is not allowed. 4. A Qualifier can only qualified either ONCE from Option 1 or maximum TWICE from Option 2. For example, Distributor A upgraded to 6 Star during the promotion period as per requirement of Option 1. In addition, his new group cumulative sales reached 15000 PV. Therefore, Distributor A is qualified once for this Russian Incentive Trip. Also Distributor B assisted/ coached one distributor respectively in all 6 of his direct networks, who qualified Option 1. Therefore Distributor B has qualified twice for this incentive trip. Terms & Conditions 5. The final qualification will be based on the data of JSB sales system. 6. The departure and arrival venues of this incentive trip are selected to be the most convenient international airport. The company will only be responsible for the two-way return air ticket from the selected airport to the final destination, meal and accommodation. The qualifiers should be responsible for their own transportation from or to the selected airport, visa costs, tips, annual convention entrance fees and other personal expenses. 7. If the distributor get 1 qualification only, the qualification is not allowed to transfer; If the distributor get 2 qualifications, he/she must redeem the first one, the second one can transfer to anyone who with authority of qualifier which is approved by management. All qualifications are not allowed to exchange for cash or any other form whatsoever. (If there are any special cases, please apply special permission from the Regional HQ. However please note that the Regional HQ reserves the right of rejection.) 8. The company reserves the right to change the travelling date and itinerary, as they are subject to change. 9.
