“Once a company gains a
knowledge-based competitive
edge, it becomes ever easier for it
to maintain its lead and ever harder
for its competitors to catch up.”
Quinn, Anderson & Finkelstein,

competitors.”

Every Motorolan has the opportunity to participate annually:
• 30 hours of performance excellence team learning
• 10 hours of individual performance enhancement learning
•E-Learning will be adopted & implemented as a key initiative:

e-learning.
• By 2003, 50% or more of all knowledge will be delivered
through e-learning.
